The Workhorse
1000 is the heavy-duty draft horse of the Workhorse
Water Trailer line. This trailer is ideal for towing a large
capacity of
water to construction sites for compacting roads, dust control or
equipment washing. This trailer is also ideal for use on farms,
ranches,
agricultural job sites and is available for potable water
applications. The
Workhorse 500 and the Workhorse 1000 gallon model feature a low
profile
trailer with “pump protector” plumbing and an integrated water
circulating
system as a standard feature. The pump protector is a unique
Workhorse
feature that eliminates the need to turn off the motor to avoid the
damage caused by running the pump when not spraying water. It
eliminates the risk to burst pump housings caused by running over
hoses.
As long as water is in the tank, the pump is designed to
automatically
circulate water and stay cool, whether the user is actually spraying
water
or not.
All Workhorse Water Trailers are built with quality materials and
expert
workmanship. This rugged 1000 gallon trailer comes with a 2"
contractor
duty pump; 4 horse power Honda™ motor; and 2" rear
spray bar providing coverage up to a 30' wide area. Standard
features
also include side spray, garden hose bib, hydrant fill pipe,
self-loading
(drafting) capability and a potable water outlet.
Applications
for this trailer include dust control on roads, riding arenas and
construction sites, fire protection, equipment washing, tree and
landscape
watering and maintenance and much more. The Polyethylene tank is UV
resistant, patchable and is certified for "potable drinking water."
